Click here for Formal Notice of the Annual General Meeting of the East Kent Centre to be held on the 1st October 2011.

Rule 6(e) states notice of Meetings shall be given to each Member - Inclusion of the notice of the Annual General Meeting in Centre Rally Handbooks is sufficient for this purpose, provided that items that materially affect Centre activities are not subsequently added to the Agenda.

In accordance to Rule 6(d), no Notices of Motions were received 35 days prior to this years meeting and no items have been added to the Agenda.

There is a Rally being held in conjunction with the AGM, and this is being marshalled by Past Chairman Brian Taylor and his wife Sheila. Details can be found in the 2011 Rally Book or phone 01732 844570.

If you are unable to attend the rally, please make every effort to attend the meeting as your opinion is important to the running of the Centre.

I would like to take this opportunity to remind you that the 2012 rally book will be available for collection at the New Year Rally or on any rally after that. Alternatively if you send the Hon. Secretary a self addressed stamped (2x 1^st class stamps) C5 envelope, one will be sent to you.

Finally may I remind you that re-registration with East Kent has to be carried out every year even if you pay by direct debit and this does often get missed. The easiest way is to complete the registration box on the Club Membership Renewal Notice that you are sent by the Club towards the end of your current year’s membership, or you can call the Membership Department, 01342 318813 with your membership number and tell them you wish to re register with the East Kent Centre, It costs you nothing to register with the Centre but there are certain financial benefits available to the Centre from the Club, which are based on the membership of the Centre.
