












The East Kent Centre take particular pride in their very strong youth section. This page is maintained by the youth and designed to keep everybody, young and old, informed of activities organised by the youth council.
EAST KENT YOUTH NEWS
8th June - The youth have been kindly donated 2 bikes, all proceeds will go to our chosen charity. They are both 24” duel suspension with 17” frames, alloy wheels, 18 gears, rear shock and V-brakes. The girls bike is purple and silver and the boys bike is red and black. We will be raffling the bikes in a separate raffle which will be drawn at the AGM. Don’t worry if you are not going to the AGM all names will be put on the tickets along with the preference for boy’s or girl’s bike and the winners will be notified within 14 days of the draw, the winners will also be publicized on the website. The tickets will be on sale at most rallies between now and the AGM but if you are not able to attend a rally to purchase a ticket please contact any youth council member or committee member and they will organize it for you.
13th May - Great news - at our rally on 25th to 27th June, we are subsidising further the half price entry into the Port Lympne Wildlife Park for East Kent youth who meet a set criteria, Click here. Further details on this offer will follow shortly.
11th May - You can help the youth raise money for charity by using the East Kent Centre website when shopping online at places like Tesco, Argos, Amazon, Ebay, Comet, M&S and lots lots more. It is totally free and costs you nothing, all you need to do is register and enter the 'shop' of your choice through this website. Up to 2.5% of what you spend will go to the centres charity. Youth Rally-Birchington
I would like to thank everyone for their support throughout the Youth
rally at Birchington. The rally was a great success and the amount
raised that weekend was £1,250 for our chosen charity, the Thanet
Disabled Riding School. I appreciate all the help and support received
from everyone and I hope to see you on a rally field soon From
