Annual General Meeting 2012 

Notice to members - The Annual general Meeting of the East Kent Centre will be held at 3pm SATURDAY 6th OCTOBER 2012, at Invicta  Grammar School, Maidstone.

Nominations - As required by Rule 69(c) Governing Centres, nominations for Executive Office or Committee, signed by the nominee, must be received in writing by the Centre Hon. Secretary not later than fourteen days prior to the meeting, i.e.3pm on Saturday 22nd  September 2012. 

Notices of motions - As required by Rule 6(d) Governing centres, formal notices of motion, duly signed by the proposer and seconder, must be received in writing by the Centre Hon. Secretary not later than 35 days prior to the meeting, i.e. 3pm on Saturday 1st September 2012. 

Notice of Meeting - A formal Notice of the Annual General Meeting will only be sent if there is a change to the Agenda or an accepted notice of motion being received. If a formal notice is required, this will be sent to all registered Centre members not less than 21 days prior to the meeting, stating the principle business to be transacted.

RegistrationsIn order to receive Notice of Meeting, to be able to speak and vote at such meeting members must be registered with East Kent Centre, via the Caravan Club, at least 35 days prior to the meeting, i.e. 3pm on Saturday 1st September 2012. If in doubt, it is important that you check with the Caravan Club in advance of this date. Membership cards must be shown on attending the meeting.

From National Rally at Eastnor – Take A417 towards Gloucester, then A417 to Cirencester. Leave dual carriageway at Burford Road Junction, and go right at roundabout towards Cirencester following signs for A419 Stroud. Around bypass, following A419 Stroud. After Hospital roundabout, go up hill to next roundabout, still following A419 Stroud. Take Stroud
exit and pass Caravan Club site entrance on right. Continue on A419 for approx 1.5 miles and entrance to Park is on the right. Follow Glos Centre signs (Yellow and Black) through the one way system of the Park.

Programme:

The Gloucestershire Centre would like to invite the East Kent Centre to a National Follow-on rally in the beautiful grounds of Cirencester Park, the Estate of Earl Bathurst. Caravan Club EHU points (6 amp) will be available if there is sufficient uptake. Programme: A chance to relax in peaceful surroundings. It is hoped to have events on the field
in the evenings, weather permitting.
