A Request from the Treasurer to All Rally Marshals.

Bearing in mind that following your Rally,

The Paperwork has to reach the Treasurer in order that the Treasurer can check it and then Bank the Cheques, would all Marshals please Pay careful attention to the following points.

• While Cheques are valid for 6 months, Please ensure that by the end of your Rally they are not more than FIVE Months Old. This gives the Treasurer a little time. Cheques Must Not Be Dated After the Rally.
• Cheques Must be dated for the Correct Year.
• Cheques are Fully Completed, Dated and Signed.
• Cheques are made Payable to ''Caravan Club, East Kent Centre''

Please DO NOT Staple Cheques to the Booking Slips. Which should be Fully Completed and Signed.

Please Remember you are better Placed to Correct any errors at the Rally than the Treasurer after the Event.
